Cantauri Wines

Green harvesting consists of getting rid of the grapes, throwing them away and thus reducing production. This operation is not common in all wineries, but at Cantauri we are clear about our objective, which is to give priority to the quality of the grapes over quantity.

This is a delicate process as the precise moment must be chosen according to each vineyard. At CANTAURI we select the grapes, leaving only 7 or 8 bunches on each vine, in order to achieve full phenolic ripening.

This will allow us to obtain high quality grapes and therefore produce wines of excellent quality and thus be able to compete in the best markets.
